New to Partnership - Training Course

We are delighted to announce that the Phoenix Programme and the Derbyshire GP Taskforce are hosting a cohort of our General Practice Development Programme.

As well as supporting local candidates, there are limited places available for candidates outside of Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire. Our proven programme has been updated and covers all aspects of Partnership, including HR, contracts, Finance and developing you as a leader.

If you are new to partnership, the New to Partnership Payment scheme is in place to support GPs and other registered health care professionals in establishing themselves in their new partnership role, offering a one-off financial payment and up to a £3,000 non-clinical training fund to be utilised within their first year. New partners must meet all of the scheme criteria and apply to the scheme within six months of commencing in their partnership role. Our entire 7 modules Partnership Programme only costs £500, leaving the bulk of your clinical training fund to be used to support your other training needs.
