- Starts 15 January 2024 for 12 months
- 1 session per week working on a PCN agreed project based on PCN development needs
- Sessional rate £9500 PLUS £500 educational bursary to spend on personal development
- Belong to a supportive cohort of peers
- Regular group support/mentoring/signposting & education from Phoenix Programme
- NO previous experience of portfolio working or project work needed
- To be eligible GPs must be two years post CCT and up to five years from retirement and be in a substantive post (GP Partner, Salaried GP, Retained GP).
