  • Mindfulness & Self-Compassion: self-compassion has been shown to be beneficial to our psychological wellbeing, so why can it be so hard to be compassionate towards ourselves? This 2-hour workshop explores ways of cultivating greater levels of self-compassion and ways of bringing this in to our lives.

Both workshops are held via MS Teams.
