The Spring Preceptorship Sessions consist of four free monthly interactive face-to-face educational sessions (with funding to attend) based around four broad themes:
Developing confidence in early career
Facilitating peer group support
Building towards the future
The sessions will be practical and interactive with a focus on small group discussions led by a team of newly qualified and experienced GPs. We know your time is precious therefore relevance and content have been carefully considered and there is an opportunity to suggest future topics and shape your own learning through feedback.
