The Spring programme of events started in January and have recently been disrupted due to COVID-19. We decided to cancel our face to face session in March and April but we are now holding virtual events.
This library provides educational resources and guidelines relevant to First5 GPs. It brings together national guidance, resources produced and accredited by the RCGP. These resources will be helpful for GPs in their first five years post MRCGP. To allow quick and easy access to the resources, the library is divided into the following sections, each of which covers a different area relevant to First5s: Clinical topics; Career options; Career progression; Organising finances; Appraisal and Revalidation and; Medical law. Resources marked as FREE are accessible free of charge to all RCGP Members. Members may be required to pay to access other resources.
From ST to GP Conference - June 2020
The Phoenix Programme, RCGP and the Derbyshire GP Taskforce held a joint virtual conference in June 2020 for ST3s about to qualify. The conference ‘From ST to GP – Getting Your Career Going’ was recorded as is available on the East Midlands GP Education YouTube page.
