We’re thrilled to announce that the Nottinghamshire General Practice Phoenix Programme has officially been launched! The team at Nottinghamshire LMC and its subsidiary company Practice Support Services came together in February to co-ordinate and manage four new workforce schemes which had been allocated funding to help GP retention in Nottinghamshire. We’ve been working hard with GP colleagues and other organisations to build a strong offering for trainees and GPs in the first five years of their career. We’ve also been developing schemes for GPs in Bassetlaw, practice managers and GPs who are more than five years into their career.
